Strong Cleanouts handles large, coordinated cleanouts for major property transitions — estates, hoarding situations, foreclosures, sale preparation and commercial spaces. We’re locally operated, rated 5.0 with 1,600+ verified reviews, and we bring the planning, crew and trucks to clear a property start to finish.
A cleanout clears an entire space — a home, apartment, garage or storage unit — so it’s empty and ready for the next step. A cleanup targets a specific area, like one room, a yard, a side yard or a debris pile. Not sure which you need? We’ll help you decide during the estimate.
We serve the Phoenix metro, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Arcadia, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, San Tan Valley, Sun Lakes, Gold Canyon, Laveen, Tolleson, Desert Ridge, Maryvale and Chandler Heights. Tap “Service Area & Map” to see every city.
Almost everything in a home or property — furniture, appliances, boxes, clothing, household goods, garage and shed contents, yard debris and trash. We can’t take hazardous materials such as chemicals, fuel, propane tanks or asbestos.
Yes. Tell us what to watch for — documents, photos, valuables or sentimental items — and we’ll set them aside as we work so nothing important leaves the property.
Not necessarily. Many clients are out of town or coordinating a transition. As long as we have access instructions, we can complete the work and send before-and-after photos when we’re done.
Pricing depends on the volume of items, access and overall scope. Most projects fall into one of four sizes: Small $150–$300, Medium $300–$600, Large $600–$1,000 and XL $1,000–$1,500. Projects larger than XL get a custom in-person quote.
Yes. Text us a few photos at (480) 236-6172 for a fast, free estimate, or book an in-person estimate. Your final price is always confirmed before any work begins.
When you list your home with EE Listings, up to $1,200 of your cleanout cost can be reimbursed at closing (eligibility applies). The cleanout isn’t free upfront — it’s paid first and reimbursed when the home sells. See the Free Cleanout Program page for details.
No problem. Call or text (480) 236-6172 and we’ll schedule an in-person walkthrough and build a custom plan and quote for multi-day or whole-property projects.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo and online payments. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you’re satisfied.
No. What we quote is what you pay. If the scope changes once we’re on site — for example, more items than shown in your photos — we’ll always discuss it with you before continuing.
Tap “Book Now” and fill out the short form — it takes about two minutes. Choose a fast photo estimate or book a time, add your address and a few photos, and we’ll confirm shortly after.
Absolutely. Call or text us anytime at (480) 236-6172.
Most cleanouts can be scheduled within a few days. Larger or multi-day projects may need more planning, so reach out as soon as you know your timeline.
Most jobs are completed in a single day. Larger cleanouts and complex projects may take longer — we’ll set a clear timeline before we start.
We offer three arrival windows: 7AM–10AM, 10AM–1PM and 1PM–5PM. Select your preferred window at booking and we’ll send a heads-up when we’re on the way.
Yes. We regularly clear properties for realtors, investors, landlords and property managers — rental turnovers, trash-outs, bank-owned homes and pre-listing cleanouts — with before-and-after photos for your records.
Life happens. Call or text us at (480) 236-6172 as early as possible and we’ll get you rescheduled.
You’ll get a notification when the crew is heading your way. If anything changes, we’ll reach out directly.
Yes — with discretion and without judgment. We build a clear plan, work room by room, and keep you involved in what stays and what goes.
Our crew takes care with tight spaces, doorways and stairs, and works to protect your floors and walls throughout the job.
Yes, Strong Cleanouts is fully insured, so your property and our crew are covered throughout the job.
We give items a second life whenever we can. Usable furniture and household goods are donated to local charities, materials like scrap metal, electronics and cardboard are recycled, and only what’s left goes to the landfill.
Absolutely. We clear unwanted contents so the home is open and ready for cleaning, repairs, photos and showings — and the Free Cleanout Program can reimburse up to $1,200 at closing when you list with EE Listings.
