Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers on cleanouts, cleanups, pricing, financing, scheduling, and our LPT reimbursement option.

A cleanout means clearing an entire space (home, apartment, garage, storage unit) so it’s empty and ready for the next step. A cleanup targets a specific area (garage, room, yard, side yard, alley, debris pile, or problem zone). If you’re unsure which you need, we’ll guide you during the estimate.

We provide full cleanouts and targeted cleanups, including estate and probate cleanouts, move-out cleanouts, hoarder situations handled respectfully, property and yard cleanups, garage cleanups, and sale-prep clearing. We tailor the approach to your property and timeline.

Always. You’ll receive a clear, confirmed price before we start. No surprise charges—we confirm scope, access, labor needs, and disposal requirements up front.

Pricing is based on volume, labor intensity, access (stairs, distance, loading), and disposal requirements. We quote based on the full scope, not guesswork.
