When our crew arrives, we take a few minutes to align the project before work begins.

We take a few moments to:

  • Confirm exactly what is being removed
  • Clarify any items that are staying
  • Establish a clear removal path through the property
  • Stage equipment and plan the most efficient load-out sequence
This ensures the crew is fully aligned on scope, sequence, and execution. Once the team is up to speed on the project requirements, we move forward efficiently and without delay.
  • Sorting: Donate, Recycle, Trash
Not everything is waste. A major part of our process is identifying what can be kept out of the landfill.
As items are removed, we actively sort them into three categories:
  • Donation – Items in usable condition are directed toward donation channels
  • Recycling – Materials that can be recycled are separated accordingly
  • Trash – Only items that cannot be salvaged or recycled are disposed of
This structured sorting process minimizes landfill impact and ensures materials are handled responsibly. For larger cleanouts, we may utilize a dumpster to maintain efficiency and keep the project organized while sorting and removing items.
  • Final Walkthrough & Project Completion

After all approved items have been removed, we conduct a final walkthrough of the cleared areas to verify completion.

During this step, we:
  • Confirm all agreed items have been removed
  • Verify the project matches the approved scope
  • Ensure no designated items were disturbed
We leave the cleared areas orderly and free of haul-related debris. Once the walkthrough is complete and scope is verified, the project is closed out and payment is finalized per the agreed terms.
  • Project Complete
With the removal finalized and items properly sorted for donation, recycling, or disposal, materials are responsibly redistributed back into the community whenever possible — minimizing landfill waste.
